Lesson packages, clinics and/or seasonal memberships are non-refundable unless notice is given one full week in advance of the first regularly scheduled session.

Gift certificates are transferable but not refundable.

Notice of cancellation for a session must be made 48 hours in advance to retain credit (exceptions can be made in special cases)

Cancellations due to inclement weather will receive credit for alternate booking date(s) agreed to by both parties.

Unused lessons may be carried over into the next season, however, they may be subject to fee increases (range balls; green fees, cart fees, program fees).

It is highly recommended to pre-book all lessons/clinic & practice sessions, otherwise it is incumbent on the client to contact golflondon.ca to book random/irregular lessons or sessions

​In cases where clients cancel a junior program with a minimum of two weeks’ notice, a refund will be provided, less a $50 administration fee. If a cancellation is received with less than two weeks’ notice, a 50% refund will be provided, less $50 administration fee. In cases with less than 7 days’ notice of the first day of the program, fees are forfeited. (Credit(s) may be offered in special cases at the discretion of golflondon.ca).
